Our Story
Software First. Custom Lanes to Match.
Bowling hasn't changed in decades, but the way we live, play, and connect has. LaneCraft builds the software and the lanes, designed together from scratch.
Our Background
How We Got Here
Daniel's career spans ASX-listed edtech companies, government, consulting, and running his own businesses, including a game development education company and delivering game development courses at TAFE. That breadth of experience is what shapes how LaneCraft approaches bowling: as a software, entertainment, and engineering problem rolled into one.
LaneCraft works closely with people who have been building and installing bowling lanes in Australia for decades, with over 100 lane installations between them. That hands-on experience with the physical side of bowling, paired with a modern approach to the software, is what makes the product different from anything else on the market.
Based in Coffs Harbour and working nationally, LaneCraft has installations reaching from the east coast to South Australia, with more in the pipeline.
What We Do
We design our own bowling software and install the custom lanes that run it. One team handling everything from first design to final calibration.
Our software features 16+ game modes, touchscreen control, and full visual customisation. We install Tenpin, Ninepin, and Kern lanes across Australia for private homes and boutique venues.
Every installation is purpose-built for the space it lives in. No two are the same.
Who We're For
If you are investing in a private bowling lane, you should not have to settle for outdated software or generic gameplay. We give you full creative control, with the power to tailor the experience to your environment.
We install Tenpin, Ninepin, and Kern lanes, or any combination, designed to suit your space and the experience you want to create. For more information, visit our installation page.
Looking Ahead
We are building toward a future where the software, the hardware, and the space all work as one integrated system, every time.
More people are discovering bowling on their own terms: at home, in custom venues, and through game modes you will not find at a traditional bowling centre.
